Red Centre Farm is located at Ti-Tree on the Stuart Highway in Central Australia, 180km. north of Alice Springs.

Within a pristine sub-tropical climate, the 1700 tree orchard produces premium quality mangoes for a period of three months of the year.

The harvest of over 60 tonnes of fruit, is sold on local and interstate markets, or processed to produce delicious condiments, jam and wine, which are manufactured to our own original recipes.  We also produce dried mango pieces.

Our condiments and jam are made by a quality renowned food manufacturer and the wine is made by a prominent and well respected winery.
