Our farm is situated in the heart of arid
Central Australia, where water must be drawn from a sub-artesian supply.
The estate comprises a
total of nine hectares. Six hectares are planted as a mango
orchard and three hectares are planted as a vineyard.
The vineyard is divided
into two and a half hectares of table grapes and a half-hectare of wine
grapes. During summer, melons are also grown.
At our busy
period, up to sixteen extra staff join us to harvest and process the
produce.
The pesticide-free
produce is sold on the local and interstate markets and is also used in
the manufacture of our own exclusive products.
